Kenya specifies minimum requirements for fabric fashion handbag

The Kenya Standard specifies minimum requirements for fabric fashion handbag made from fabric of any textile fiber or mixture of fibers formed by weaving, felted wool or knitted. This standard is not applicable to handbags made from coated fabrics and sisal fibres.
