Thailand proposed Thai Industrial Standard for Rolling Sound Emission Adhesion on Wet Surfaces and Rolling Resistance

Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI), Ministry of Industry proposed to enforce TIS 2721-2559 (2016) Rolling Sound Emission Adhesion on Wet Surfaces and Rolling Resistance as a mandatory standard. The standard covers the sound emissions, adhesion performance on wet surfaces and rolling resistance and also applies to new pneumatic tyres for motor vehicles, commercial vehicles and their trailers designed primarily for vehicles of categories C1, C2 and C3 in accordance with UN Regulation No.117 Revision 3 and amendment 2, item 1.
