Mexico proposed procedures for the formulation of hazardous waste management plans and special handling of the hydrocarbons sector

This Official Mexican Emergency Regulation applies throughout the national territory and is mandatory for large generators of Hazardous Waste and Special Handling Waste from the activities of the Hydrocarbons Sector referred to in Article 3, fraction XI, of the Law of the National Agency for Industrial Safety and Environmental Protection of the Hydrocarbons Sector.
