Vietnam proposed technical regulation on the burning behaviour of materials used in the interior structure of certain categories of motor vehicles Ministry of Transport proposed - Technical regulation regulates the test of the burning behavior of materials used in the interior structure of certain categories of motor vehicles (passenger cars with a total mass of more than 5 tons and allowed to carry persons or more including driver);
- This technical regulation does not applies to city passenger cars as defined in TCVN 6211;
- This technical regulation applies to the establishments manufacturing, assembling and importing vehicles, manufacturing and importing materials in the interior structure of vehicles and other agencies, organizations and individuals involved in the testing, inspection and certification for the quality and the safety of vehicles;
- This technical regulation shall replace QCVN 53:2013/BGTVT National technical regulation on the burning behavior of materials used in the interior structure of certain categories of motor vehicles.
