Based on the report submitted by Dr Nigel Gibbens, Chief Veterinary Officer, Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs in London, United Kingdom to the World Organization for Animal Health, the latest Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) events in England (with previous temporary banning order; DA MO No. 15, Series of 2017) are now closed and resolved. Based on the evaluation of the Bureau of Animal Industry, the risk of contamination from importing poultry and poultry products from England is negligible.
