Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fisheries and Food proposed to all physical and moral persons participating in the production-consumption chain, including production, processing, maquila, process, distribution, marketing, advertising, export, storage and / or other activities industrial, that pretend to show that the beef complies with the characteristics that correspond to the classifications foreseen in this Official Mexican Standard.
