France proposed safety regulations against fire and panic hazards in establishments receiving public (ERP) type PS (covered parking lots)

Ministry of the Interior proposed this Order is to:

- to adapt fire protection measures to new uses and new technologies within the covered parking areas open to the public, in particular to secure back-up operations

- meet the requirements of regulatory simplification
