China proposed exemption list for the restriction of Hazardous Substances of the standard achieving management catalogue

Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China proposed requirement of "Rules on the Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical Appliances and Electronic Products", MIIT established "The Standard Achieving Management Catalogue for the Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical Appliances and Electronic Products (The First Batch)" (Draft). As for the situations under which it is technically or economically infeasible, we learnt from experience of the EU RoHS and listed the "Exemption List for the Restriction of Hazardous Substances of the Standard Achieving Management Catalogue".
