Saudi Food and Drug Authority issues Technical Regulation for "General Principles for the Addition of Essential Nutrients to Foods".

The technical regulation concerns the general principles that should be followed when basic essential nutrients are added to foods. This regulation does not include supplements of vitamins and minerals.
