Mexico proposed specifications and test methods for multifunction meters and instrument transformers

Energy Regulatory Commission proposed Mexican Official Emergency Norm NOM-EM-007-CRE-2017 for specifications and test methods for multi-function meters and instrument transformers, the Commission deems it necessary to extend its validity, since the LIE, its regulations, the Electric Market Rules, manuals and other published and developing regulatory instruments require legal certainty of the measurement system to be implemented in its various strata and functionalities.
