Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA), Health Canada proposes Maximum Residue Limit of Tolpyralate

The objective of the notified document PMRL2017-26 is to consult on the listed domestic maximum residue limits (MRLs) for tolpyralate that have been proposed by the Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA).

MRL (ppm)¹Raw Agricultural Commodity (RAC) and/or Processed Commodity

0.02            Eggs; fat, meat and meat by-products of cattle, goat, hog, horse, poultry and sheep; milk

0.01            Field corn, popcorn grain, sweet corn kernels plus cob with husks removed

¹ ppm = parts per million

Products covered: Pesticide tolpyralate in or on various commodities

Proposed date of adoption (dd/mm/yy): Normally within four to five months from the posting of the Proposed MRL document on the Health Canada website.

Proposed date of entry into force: On the date the measure is adopted.

Final date for comments: 29 November 2017
