Vietnam proposed Circular promulgating lists of active insecticides and disinfectants used for domestic and medical purposes with prohibited or restricted use in Viet Nam

Ministry of Health proposed regulation applies to agencies, organizations and individuals that manufacture, export, import and use of insecticides and disinfectants used in households and public health.

This proposed Circular promulgated a list of active ingredients used for domestic and medical purposes:

1. Active insecticides and disinfectants used for domestic and medical purposes with prohibited use in Viet Nam

2. Active insecticides and disinfectants used for domestic and medical purposes with restricted use in Viet Nam

Active ingredients registered for the first time in Viet Nam shall follow regulation in Decree No.91/2016/ND-CP of 1 July 2016 of the Government on management of insecticides and disinfectants chemical and preparations used for domestic and medical purposes.
