Mexico proposed Mexican official standard project PROY-NOM-086-SCFI-2017, new radial-construction industry-tires used for any motor vehicle

Ministry of Economy proposed new domestic and imported radially constructed tires which are used for any motor vehicle with a gross vehicle weight equal to or less than 4 536 kg (10 000 lb) or radially constructed tires exceeding the load capacity of 4 536 kg and whose speed symbol is H, V, W, Y, Z and correspond to a normal, extra, reinforced, light, B, C, D or E load capacity, which are marketed as final goods and not as part of a motor vehicle in the United Mexican States.
