Uganda National Bureau of Standard notifies General Requirements for Jerseys and cardigans

Products covered: School clothing, jerseys, cardigans. Jerseys, pullovers, cardigans, waist-coats and similar articles, knitted or crocheted. (HS 6110), Worn clothing and other worn articles. (HS 6309), - Office or school supplies (HS 326910), - Articles of apparel (HS 420310), - Clothing, clothing accessories, footwear and headgear (HS 681250). Products of the textile industry (ICS 59.080), Clothes (ICS 61.020).

This part of DUS 1687 covers the requirements for the materials, size, and make of school jerseys and cardigans.

Proposed date of adoption: December 2017

Proposed date of entry into force: Upon declaration as mandatory by the Minister for Trade, Industry and Cooperatives.

Final date for comments: 60 days from notification
