This part of DUS 1687 covers the requirements for two types of knee-high stockings and two types of ankle socks for school wear.

Products covered: School clothing, kneehigh stockings, ankle socks. Panty hose, tights, stockings, socks and other hosiery, including stockings for varicose veins and footwear without applied soles, knitted or crocheted. (HS 6115), Worn clothing and other worn articles. (HS 6309), - Office or school supplies (HS 392610), - Articles of apparel (HS 420310). Products of the textile industry, Clothes.

Proposed date of adoption: December 2017

Proposed date of entry into force: Upon declaration as mandatory by the Minister for Trade, Industry and Cooperatives.

Final date for comments: 60 days from notification
