China Food and Drug Administration published notification is the "Regulations on the implementation of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China (Revised Draft)". This regulation is based on the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China. It contains ten chapters and 98 articles, including general principles; risk monitoring and assessment for food safety; food safety standards; the production and marketing of food; food inspection; food import and export; handling of food safety incidents; supervision and management; legal responsibility and supplementary provisions.
