The objective of the measures established in the Regulation is to safeguard, maintain and increase animal health and animal welfare and not cause harm to the environment or human health. The areas covered are the production, storage, importation, exportation, distribution, possession, use, transportation, sale or disposal in any capacity, of complete foods, supplements, ingredients and additives for the feeding of animals, in their sanitary and Safety.
