The proposed regulations cover the quality standards, containers, packing and marking requirements, display, prohibited particulars, sampling procedures, as well as, offences and penulties

Proposed date of adoption: Once all comments have been resolved

Proposed date of entry into force: Once all comments have been resolved

Final date for comments: 60 days from notification
