Uganda National Bureau of Standards notifies Specification regarding Commercial blasting explosives

The Standard specifies requirements, sampling and test methods for Ammonium Nitrate intended primarily for use in explosives.

NOTE: The requirements of this standard should be read in conjunction with the Act of 1964 cap 309 and/or other applicable regulations.

Proposed date of adoption: December 2017 Proposed date of entry into force: Upon declaration as mandatory by the Minister for Trade, Industry and Cooperatives.

Final date for comments: 60 days from notification
