Vietnam - Proposed national technical regulation on Safe Work for Homelift

Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs proposed technical regulation applies to homelifts which are installed permanently and used only for human transport, serving definite stops, guided vertically or deviating from maximum angle of 15 degree of vertical (homelift is an electric compact size and low speed elevator that are automatically controlled).

This draft technical regulation applies to:

· Organizations and individuals who produce, import, make available, install, maintain, repair and use homelifts;

· State management authorities and other relevant organizations and individuals.
