Vietnam – Proposed national technical regulation on lubricant oil for internal combustion engine

This draft technical regulation specifies the limits of technical characteristics and quality management requirements for 2-stroke or 4-stroke engines.

This draft technical regulation shall apply to agencies, organizations and individuals carrying out activities related to import, manufacturing, preparation, distribution and retail of lubricants for internal combustion engines in Vietnam.

This draft technical regulation shall not apply to marine engine lubricants and lubricants oil for internal combustion engine used for purpose of defense and security.
