Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mining notified Technical Regulation establishes the mechanical, physical and chemical requirements to be met by all types and classes of Portland cement for structural use, in order to regulate the marketing of this product on the domestic market. All of the requirements set out in this Technical Regulation apply also to Portland cement with special properties

Proposed date of adoption: Six months following notification to the WTO

Proposed date of entry into force: 30 days as from the implementation of the Decree and the designation of at least one conformity assessment body by the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mining

Final date for comments: 60 days from the date of notification.
