Paraguay establishing certain parameters of the import and marketing naphthas of Annexes I and II of Resolution No. 502/2016  

Ministry of Industry and Trade (MIC) has issued notification establishing certain parameters of the import and marketing naphthas of Annexes I and II of Resolution No. 502 / 2016  as follows;

1.    Modify the Sulfur content parameter of the RON 85 Naphtha with anhydrous ethanol mixture, for marketing, Section a, of Annex I, according to the attached technical specifications sheet.

2.    Modify the Sulfur Content parameter of the RON 90 Naphtha with anhydrous ethanol mixture, for commercialization, Section b of Annex I, according to the attached technical specifications sheet. Modify the Sulfur content parameter of the RON 95 Naphtha with anhydrous ethanol mixture, for commercialization, Section c of Annex I, according to the attached technical specifications sheet.

3.    Modify the Sulfur Content Parameter of the RON 97 Naphtha without anhydrous ethanol mixture, for importation and marketing of sections d and e, Annexes I and Annex II, according to the attached technical specifications sheets.
