Nepal - Proposed Processed Flavoured Milk, Proposed Processed Full Cream Milk, Proposed Processed Low Fat Milk, Proposed Processed Skimmed Milk

The Department of Food Technology and Quality Control proposes the quality standard for the above mentioned food products: as a compulsory provision under food law and regulation, to monitor export/import of these food products, and to maintain safe and quality food product to the consumer.

The proposed standard sets the requirement for essential composition and quality factors, hygiene, packaging and labelling requirements.
