China specifies Measures for Online Medical Devices Operation

China Food and Drug Administration publishes measures clarifying the responsibilities and obligations of enterprises operating medical devices and on-line third-party platforms providing medical devices' trading services. It also clarifies the supervisory responsibilities of the food and drug supervisory department on on-line medical devices operation, etc.
