Paraguay proposing Technical Regulation on the identity and quality of milk

Ministerio de Industria y Comercio, MIC (Ministry of Industry and Trade) proposes MERCOSUR Technical Regulation on the identity and quality of powdered milk is to establish the identity and minimum quality requirements for powered milk and instant powdered milk for human consumption. It does not cover powdered milk used in infant and pharmaceutical formula.

Final date for comments : The Paraguayan authorities will respond to requests for documents and receive any relevant comments in the 60 days following notification.
