Paraguay proposing Technical Regulation on the Labeling of Textile Products

Ministry of Industry and Trade (MIC) proposing Resolution No. 03/17 of the GMC. MERCOSUR Technical Regulation on the Labeling of Textile Products (Repeal of GMC Resolution No. 33/07) establishes consumers with an instrument to ensure a clear and correct identification of the composition of the textile products, the size and weight of the fabrics and the title of the yarns, as well as the Characteristics of treatment, cleaning and conservation of the textile products throughout their useful life.

Deadline for comments : The Paraguayan authorities will handle requests for documents and will receive the pertinent comments, up to 60 days from the notification.
