Mexico proposes standard deals with the Weight, Dimensions and Capacity of the Motor Vehicles

Ministry of Communications and Transport notified proposed standard deals with the Weight, Dimensions and Capacity of the Motor Vehicles that Transit in the Roads and Bridges of Federal Jurisdiction, establishes that the maximum weight, dimensions and capacity of the vehicles, as well as the Configurations or combinations of vehicles, depending on the type of roads and bridges through which they travel, and the inflation pressure of the tires.

Proposed date of entry into force : This draft Official Mexican Standard, once published in the Official Gazette of the Federation, as a final rule, will enter into force 60 calendar days following the day of its publication.

Final date for comments : 60 calendar days after June 7, 2017
