Paraguay - Establishing register for Manufacture and importer of Lamps and Fluorescent Lamps for Import License and Compulsory Energy Efficiency Certification

Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MIC) has notified to create the Register of Manufacturers and Importers, Incandescent and Fluorescent Lamps, under the Ministry of Industry and Commerce. Establish the Prior Import License Regime for the importation of Incandescent Lamps and Fluorescent Lamps corresponding to the following tariff headings: NCM 8539.22.00, 8539.31.00, 8539.29.90. Establish the Mandatory Certification of Energy Efficiency.
