Canada - Proposed Maximum Residue Limit for Fluoxastrobin

Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA), Health Canada has notified document PMRL2017-07 is to consult on the listed import maximum residue limits (MRLs) for fluoxastrobin that have been proposed by the Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA).

MRLs are proposed for each commodity included in the listed crop groupings in accordance with the Residue Chemistry Crop Groups webpage (http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/cps-spc/pest/part/protect-proteger/food-nourriture/rccg-gcpcr-eng.php) in the Pesticides and Pest Management section of Health Canada's website.

Proposed date of entry into force: [ ] Six months from date of publication, and/or(dd/mm/yy): On the date the measure is adopted.

Final date for comments: [ ] Sixty days from the date of circulation of the notification and/or (dd/mm/yy): 28 May 2017
