Uganda – Standard notified for Egg powder specifies the requirements, method of sampling and test for egg powder obtained from poultry eggs (DUS 1693:2017)

Uganda National Bureau of Standards notified draft standard specifies the requirements, method of sampling and test for egg powder obtained from poultry eggs. This includes all egg powder processed from edible birds’ eggs domesticated for human consumption.

Proposed date of adoption: June 2017.

Proposed date of entry into force: Upon declaration as mandatory by the Minister for Trade, Industry and Cooperatives. 

Final date for comments: 60 days from notification
