EU - Draft Commission Implementing Decision pursuant to Article 3(3) of Regulation (EU) No 528/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council on monitoring traps containing attractants to insects

This draft Commission Implementing Decision states that a monitoring trap that, in the form in which it is supplied to the user, contains an attractant active substance for the purpose of attracting harmful organisms towards that monitoring trap, meets the definition of a biocidal product in Regulation (EU) No 528/2012.

Proposed date of entry into force: 20 days from publication in the Official Journal of the EU
Final date for comments: 60 days from notification
