Brazil proposes a regulation regarding changes for active ingredient Indoxacarb 

The Brazillian Health Regulatory Agency proposes a  resolution that incorporates the following changes for the active ingredient I21 - INDOXACARBE (indoxacarb) :

  • includes the ground-nut, pea, beans, chickpea, and lentil cultures with MRL of 0.08 mg/kg and safety security period of 1 day;
  • changes the MRL of the bean culture from 0.07 to 0.08 mg/kg and the safety security period from 21 to 1 day.

Products Covered:FRUIT, NUTS AND OTHER EDIBLE PARTS OF PLANTS, OTHERWISE PREPARED OR PRESERVED, WHETHER OR NOT CONTAINING ADDED SUGAR OR OTHER SWEETENING MATTER OR SPIRIT, NOT ELSEWHERE SPECIFIED OR INCLUDED, Peas shelled or unshelled, Beans shelled or unshelled, Chickpeas, Lentils Dry or Shelled.
