Canada proposed amendment  Veal Weight

Canadian Food Inspection Agency proposing to change the maximum weight for veal carcass from 180 kg to 190 kg.  Consequently, the minimum weight for beef carcass would be increased from greater than 180 kg to greater than 190 kg.
