Agricultural and Livestock Service (SAG) has suspended shipments of the host ornamental species, indicated in the resolution, until joint evaluation with the NPPO of Costa Rica, an appropriate risk management for Opogona sacchari in ornamental plants for planting, hosts of this pest.

Products covered: Water sticks ( Dracaena fragans massangeana ), lounge palm ( Chamaedorea elegans Sin: Neanthe bella ) and robelini palm ( Phoenix roebelenii )
