Canada is proposing to change the Maximum Residue Limit for several pesticides

The objective of the notified document PMRL2019-20 is to consult on the listed maximum residue limits (MRLs) for metalaxyl,pyraclostrobin, triticonazole and fluxapyroxadthat have been proposed by Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA).

Proposed date of adoption: Normally within four to five months from the posting of the Proposed MRL document on the Health Canada website.

Proposed date of entry into force:  On the date the measure is adopted.

Final date for comments: 6 November 2019
