Brazil resolution on the use of industrial trans fats in foods

Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency (ANVISA) proposes resolution defines requirements for use of industrial trans fats in all kinds of foods, including drinks, ingredients, additives, technology adjuvants, including those exclusively destinated to industrial processing and food services. This draft resolution will be also notified to the SPS committee.
