Canada Proposed Maximum Residue Limit for Cypermethrin (PMRL2019-09)

Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA), Health Canadaseeks to consult on the listed maximum residue limits (MRLs) for cypermethrin that have been proposed by Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA).

Products covered: Pesticide cypermethrin in or on various commodities (ICS Codes: 65.020, 65.100, 67.040, 67.080).

Proposed date of adoption: Normally within four to five months from the posting of the Proposed MRL document on the Health Canada website.

Proposed date of entry into force: On the date the measure is adopted

Final date for comments:  27 October 2019
