Brazil laying down requirements for road transport conditions of dangerous goods to prevent accidents to persons

National Land Transportation Agency introduce resolution laying down requirements for road transport conditions of dangerous goods to prevent accidents to persons, property or the environment, to other goods or to the means of transport employed.

It amends Resolution 5.232, 14 December 2016. It revokes Resolution 3665, 4 May 2011 and Resolution 3762, 26 January 2012 within 180 days of the publication of this Resolution 5848, 25 June 2019.
