Brazil establishes guidelines for legal control of the measuring instruments

National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology – INMETRO establishes theguidelines and general requirements applicable to the evaluation process of the "model" (physical representation of a weight or measure) that serves as the basis for "approval of the model", such as the stage of legal control of the measuring instruments.It revokes Inmetro ordinance 484, 7 December 2010 (Portaria Inmetro 484, de 7 de Dezembro de 2010).
