Korean Agency for Technology and Standards (KATS) seek to amend enforcement regulation on Electrical appliances and Consumer products Act. Outdoor Exercise Equipment will be subject to Safety Assurancemeans to certify safety of a product conforms to safety standards as a result of a safety assurance test conducted by a testing agency for safety assurance

Proposed date of adoption: June 2019 or later

Proposed date of entry into force: May 2020 or later

Final date for comments: 60 days from date of notification
