New Zealand published import requirements for egg products

Ministry for Primary Industries published import requirements for egg products. This consultation includes minor changes to two commodities. The maximum egg content in mayonnaise has been raised to 20% from 10%. There has been a change to the documentation required for importing 'Century eggs'. This product now requires a manufacturer's declaration.
