Turkey published food codex regulation on food labelling and information to consumers

Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry/General Directorate of Food and Control published regulation sets out general principles, needs and responsibilities governing food information to consumers and in particular food labelling.

Products covered : Food (excluding spring water, drinking water, natural mineral water, water for special medical purpose of which are produced without using any food additives, flavorings and any material for enrichment purposes)
