1) DKS 436-2: 2019 Cocoa Powder - Specification Cocoa-sugar mixtures:

Standard specifies requirements and test methods for cocoa-sugar mixtures intended for human consumption.

2) DKS 2862-2018 Cocoa butter – Specification:

This Kenya Standard specifies the requirements, sampling and test methods for cocoa butter used as ingredient in the manufacture of chocolate and chocolate products.

3) DKS 998:2019 Chocolates – Specification:

Kenya Standard specifies the requirements and method of test for the various types and forms of chocolates processed for human consumption.
