Brazil proposed regulation for frozen fish, molluscs and crustaceans

National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology-INMETRO proposed technical metrological regulation establishing the form of indication of the nominal content in pre-measured or pre-packaged frozen fish, molluscs and crustaceans with unequal nominal content.

The nominal content, on a mandatory basis, must be indicated at the point of sale to the consumer and may be carried out by using adhesive label.
