Mexico proposed Technical specifications and requirements in matters of industrial safety

Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources proposed Official Mexican Standard applies throughout the national territory and is of general and mandatory observance for those regulated, who perform the stages of design, construction, pre-start, operation, maintenance, closure and dismantling of the service stations with specific purpose for the sale to the public of liquefied petroleum gas, through the partial or total filling of portable pressure vessels.
