Brazil proposed Technical Regulation for certification of beverages, fermented acetic, wines and wine and grapes derived products

Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply – MAPA proposed Technical Regulation states the procedures and requirements for export and import certification of beverages, fermented acetic, wines and wine and grapes derived products.

It revokes partially Technical Regulation No 54, 18 November 2009, article 1, item III and IV; article 2 sole paragraph; item II until X; articles 11 until 23; articles 35 until 39; articles 40 until 50; annexes II until X, and Technical Regulation No 55, 18 November 2009 article 1, item III and IV; article 2 sole paragraph; item II until X; articles 11 until 23; articles 36 until 40; articles 41 until 50; annexes II until X.
