Brazil proposed Resolution RDC 250, 23 November 2018, regarding the requirements for presentation of the Labeling Art Project in regularization process of hygiene products, cosmetics and perfumes, and for the coexistence of more than one art of labelling for the same product published by the Brazilian Official Gazette National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology (INMETRO) proposed Resolution establishes the requirements for presentation of the Labeling Art Project in regularization process of hygiene products, cosmetics and perfumes, and for the coexistence of more than one art of labelling for the same product. The Labeling Art Project provided in item 12 of Annex III of the Resolution RDC 7, 10 February 2015, is the document that must be presented in the regularization process of personal hygiene products, cosmetics and perfumes, which must contain, the label art or the product labelling as displayed for consumption in their packaging. The coexistence of more than one art of labeling for the same product is allowed if specific elements remain unchanged. The changes in elements must be submitted to Anvisa upon presentation of a new Labeling Art Project.
