EU amending Auxiliary Emission Strategies (AES) for heavy duty vehicles or engines.

European Commission regulation amends Regulation (EU) No 582/2011 with respect to emissions from heavy-duty vehicles, regarding the Auxiliary Emission Strategies (AES), the transfer of provisions on access to vehicle repair and maintenance information and the introduction of cold engine start provisions and particle number measurement in vehicle testing by means of portable emissions measurement systems (PEMS).
