The scope of the draft legislation covers: - Unionquarantinepests, listedpursuant to Article 5 of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031;
- Pestssubject to themeasuresadoptedpursuant to Article 30(1) of thatRegulation;
- Protectedzonequarantinepests, listedpursuant to Article 32(3) of thatRegulation;
- Plants, plantproductsorotherobjectslistedpursuant to Articles 40(2), 41(2), 42(2), 49(1), 53(2) and 54(2) of thatRegulation.
